I'm so happy to weigh in today. It's been a month since I last logged in and what a pleasure to see that I survived the Christmas period with minimal weight changes. WHOOHOO!!!
Yes I did eat "normal" food during the holiday but I was always mind full of what I was eating and that I am responsible for what goes into my mouth.
Now I'm pack on my strict game plan. Lets do this once and for all!
