I'm really starting to get concerned. 😥I have not deviated, no sugar, bread, pasta ,rice. I cannot figure out why I'm goin in the wrong direction. 🤓 Thought I wasn't eating enough so staying close to 1400 calories. I'm not hungry so I'm makin myself eat most of the time. UGH...I'm so frustrated and tired😩. Kitchen reno is almost done 🎉 so I spent weekend cleaning & putting stuff away.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have been adding in whole grain and beans so mine is up but still in calories range mine is doing same thing??

Hi K, here's what I learnt/question I noted we should ask ourselves to get past the plateau:- 1. Getting enough sleep is critical for weight loss (I'm struggling with that) 2. How are you vitamins and mineral, and water consumption levels? 3. Could there be a thyroid issue? 4. Are you stressed, even about this weight loss? This will hinder weight loss. 5. Your body is wonderfully made by God, and will adapt to its new situations quickly, including how to stay at its present weight, so try new exercises some HIIT, different foods (allowed on your WOE) and if you do IF, try different ratios. Hang in there, this plateau has got to go....<me with pom poms cheering for you😁>. Have a blessed week, stay strong 💪🏽🥗🙏🏽💗

Thanks ya'll for the support! Just had check up so not thyroid. Stress, yes as my kitchen reno is driving me nuts! (No appliances until july 30th) So maybe that is the issue. I'm doing test strips to try to figure out my ketosis. Sometimes during the day I fall back to trace or small ketones but haven't been negative. I don't want to be consumed by this....have too much goin on so I'll just try not to stress and maybe go to bed earlier this week.
