My doctor says this is still not aggressive enough of a loss if I’ve been as compliant with my diet as I say, but that I am improving and it’s really making progress on my health issues so I’m very proud of myself for making it a whole month on plan and mostly within my calorie goals. I’m walking more which is good and starting to feel a difference
221.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 151.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

the more you walk the Less you're gonna want to eat...cause seeing yourself doing something that wasn't said to be as possible will motivate the heck out of ya

Don't let anyone bully you that you're not trying hard enough, even doctors because you're an individual, not some statistic on a chart. Everyone loses weight at a different pace. You have to do what's comfortable for your body. The fact that you're making progress is what is important.

Dude I took a moment to look back over your journey and of course I don't know all that it entails but one thing is clear and that you have the drive to live better. Keep up the effort, take the small victories and shrug of the missteps.

At least you are giving it a shot. Alot that I've seen don't care. Walking and a slow trot can help even more. You are doing it and that it's most important I am trying to lose and it is a daily battle but I say inch by inch it's a cinch. I know you as I feel better at night that we're giving it a shot while others don't care. Don't stop and be proud of yourself🏃‍♂️😎🇺🇸

I think any positive change is fantastic!! Please don’t let any negatives from doctors or anyone, side rail you. Your body, your pace. Starting, and sticking with it is the hardest part. And you have that beat! And your weight loss is awesome! So very proud of you!!👍

Congrats on doing better at staying on plan! The doctor is smart and means well, but probably has never actually had a “weight problem,” right? The walking is good for your mind as well as your body. I am appreciating that a lot more lately! Keep up the good work.
