I weighed in today for the first time in a month! I knew I was going to be heavier than the last time. I have been struggling for the last year to lose any kgs. I have not been eating properly (900kcal a day)until the last month. I broke my leg in October and I only got back into proper exercise on February. I moved over to another contraceptive pill in Feb last year. And that was one of the biggest issues.
So the last month I moved over to another version of the pill. I started working with an amazing dietician, focusing on a better relationship with food. And I have maintained an exercise routine.
Today was a win. I picked up weight but with all the changes that I've been through, I know that I will lose this again, my body needs to stabilise and realize that I am on a pathway to heal myself. Today was a win, because I am more positive and determined to keep going! My mindset and focus is stronger because of the positive choices I have made!
