Not sure what I did or ate to make my weight go up again. I haven't cheated. I am feeling very tired this morning but did get my 2.4 mile walk in anyway. I was so tired last night I went to bed at 8pm. It was still light outside. I slept 9 hrs but it feels like 4. I will stay the course.
81.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
