Surprised by this as I thought my carb count was a bit high. We went to hang with friends for Cinco de Mayo and had a few Michalob Ultras. I ate factor for dinner before we went. It saved me from eating stuff I shouldn't. Had a blast AND lost a bit of weight the next day? Can't beat it! Happy girl!
