i just fell for the .wow,your doing so well you can totally celebrate with half a pack of chips and some oreos lie. dammit. guess it's salad for the rest of the day for me ....i won't say...i failed so i can just as much eat more ..no...not today!
75.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week

sometimes these things are just the lesson we need to learn what foods to eliminate. there are many other tasty alternatives that you can discover... that make you feel like a you've had a treat but don't have a negative bodily reaction. crisps are my kryptonite. so I avoid them completely.
