The new scale may have revealed extra pounds but I'm still losing. I'm still happy. Bailey my bassett and I did our 2.4 mile walk this morning. Then 90 squats and 3 rounds of 15 weighted arm exercises. Now logged in to work for the day. I feel good!
82.1 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
