I see now what insulin resistance does to your weight loss goals :( No matter how well I do on my food choices, tracking and mindset having IR makes losing weight more difficult. Not impossible! So this week my new approach is getting ahead of this IR and learn as much as I can, take action and finally stop procrastination over walking. I can not ignore the truth- my body needs to exercise.
