This weekend I’ll be researching Keto and stocking up so I can officially start Monday 🙂
101.3 kg Lost so far: 18.7 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week

Highly recommend the website ‘diet doctor’ for good science based low carb information:)

i have to warn you.don't do keto unless consulting a dietician. it's great for weightloss but bad for your health. take some time to listen to plant based news on youtube. I'm not against keto but many studies confirm it can be very dangerous.

Keto does work because the protein tends to keep people feeling full, but it also consists of a lot of fat and that’s not very good for the arteries... at the end of the day, it does come down to calories in vs. calories out. So if you’re interested in keto I would recommend maybe try a high protein diet and lower carb/fat instead of straight up keto
