Heaviest I've been in years. Too tired to consistently exercise at the moment, so just trying to make sure I get in two workouts a week.
87 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

go have a look at the weight loss exercise program that's free of charge on YouTube. search Chloe ting. it's what I am currently using I am on day 17 tomorrow.
