And what is your RDI on the app vs what you are eating daily?

Do you eat enough protein? I find if my protein % is below 22-25% I often feel very weak.

Maybe shark week is approaching. Then the energy drops. Maybe take a rest day or two. Overworking the body can cause weight gain as well. Rest days are important.

😂 but you seem to be doing great, I see now this is an old post 😄 hormones are sometimes to blame for us feeling more Tired than usual. Or doing way too much.

As some people pointed out here, its difficult to advise without knowing more but check your calories. 1. Dont go to far under your maintenance level 2. Dont skimp too much on carbs (unless you are keto) I wouldnt blame overworking or rest days unless you are doing significant cardio/lifting (hour+ runs)

Thank you to everyone for your advice. It is an older post, but your comments are all valid and appreciated. I have since started feeling far more energised. I took several days easy on exercise, and my calories were too low, which I have corrected. But, I am down 5.5 kgs over 4 weeks, and feel so encouraged that the whole effort is paying off. Xxx
