I'm so darn excited....10kgs down in 2months.... No starving myself, no cravings. And lost all this so far.... Not much effort.... I can't wait to see what I can do in another 2months time....
104.4 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 34.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
