Yess!! First weigh in after 7 days, so happy with my first weeks progress, hitting the Gym when I rather wanted to chill after work really paid off and not eving mentioning the cravings for carbs I had to ressist after starting with Keto (o_0)
103.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good job.. Please can anyone give me some advise on a diet plan I should be following.. Looking to lose around 6-8 kilos

Thank you Kezza. In regards to the advice you are seeking it depends on how active you are and how quickly you want to loose the Weight, If you filled in all your information at the start of the app then it would have givin you a amount of calories that yoh should kom exceed in order to reach your goal amount, I believe if you want to lose between 500grams and 1.5kgs a week you should keep your calories in a deficit of about 400-500 and workout atleas 4 times a week, do that while following a strict Keto diet and you will see rapid results(keep in mind Keto is difficultto apedt to in the beginning).There are easier but slower ways to get there.
