So I’m back on my weight loss journey. Been a tough year and a bit. Reached my goal weight in 2018 through to 2020 and then bam, life threw me a curveball. Divorce, moving home, new school, new home and 14 kilos later😁. Time to stop making excuses and try again.
68.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Life isn't easy, but it's what you make of it at the end of the day. It's your choice to stay behind or adapt and move along. Either way, life goes on. The most important thing is that you're here now and making a new, fresh start, so thumbs up to that🌸. Goodluck to you and all of the best. Focus on the good and positive things in your life that you can be thankful for. Things will get better and easier with time😊.
