I gained terribly. And it's all my own fault. With the Easter weekend I had a cheat meal, which turned into a cheat day, which turned into a full on cheat week! I was a raging Gremlin. just couldn't get enough. But this was a lesson learned. I will not allow myself to do this again. Never want to feel this disgusted and disappointed in myself again. Moving on and doing better. Today was a good day ( besides the terrible weigh in) and I kept to my Calories and drank all my water.
125 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 55 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

At least it was only 2.2kgs. I’ve done way way worse lol so be proud you didn’t let it happen for a whole year. As long as you stop yourself within a week. You can do damage control way quicker than a year’s worth of damage. You got this 👏🏼
