Weigh-in: Monday, I was 285 so thrilled with this number today! Woohoo :)
❎Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 2/7 days YTD: 40.8% (40/98) Just didn't do anything this week.
❎No Junk Food: 1/7 days YTD: 53.1% (52/98days) Weekend was lots of overeating, this week was lots of very buttered hot air popcorn.
APRIL MEASURMENTS: Waist (smallest): 44" (down 2 inches total YTD) Belly button: 56.5" (down 1.5 inches total YTD)
Life update: Got a haircut, which is exciting since it's been 5 months LOL Hello shorter, summery hair! This week was mostly just sitting on couch, watching Netflix. Zero motivation. Just needed a break from life :)
*Year Goal: under 200 pounds, size 16-18/XL/1x clothing (currently 22-24/3x)
