Only lost 0.4 this past week. Feels like I'm never going to lose weight... 😢

between 250g and 500g loss a week is really good. if you maintain that steadily it's approximately 12-24kg in a year. steady and consistent is the key. pick up a 500g block of butter and you'll understand what you've achieved.
