Today is a very special milestone for me. I'd been meaning to lose weight for ages, and then I got some bad news about my liver, and suddenly losing weight became a real priority. I was scared I wouldn't be able to move my enormous belly, but today my visceral fat level, the fat around my organs, reached a normal level. This is crucial for my health, and incredibly encouraging. I also broke 73kgs! I'm seeing my parents this weekend for the first time in 2 years, and I can't wait for them to see my transformation. Honestly, I had given up. Thought I would be obese for the rest of my life. Now I have to shopping for clothes, because even my underwear is falling off! 😂 What an awesome problem to have! I'm 50 and post-menopausal with an extremely low metabolism... My BMR is only 1335. So if I can do this, anyone can.
72.9 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
