Just got back from a holiday at the beach. Ate like a pig. Haven't exercised in weeks. Starting again today. Weather isn't playing along. Can't go jogging. Gonna yoga to get active atleast.
79 kg Lost so far: 32.8 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
