These up and down weigh ins are really frustrating me. Not only did I gain 3 kgs from the December but I have had 2 months to lose it and I haven’t at all as soon as I see progress on the scale the next day it is back to the beginning 😖😩
68.1 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
