just hit my 3rd mini goal. Never thought I could do it and here I am, at this rate I'll hit my main goal in no time!
121.6 kg Lost so far: 29.7 kg.    Still to go: 53.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Very good. Nice steady downward trend. You really are doing great. Is your way of eating sustainable into maintenance? Now is a good time to consider any real life changes that might need to be made so that as maintenance creeps up on you there won’t be any drastic changes needed. Keep reinforcing to yourself that what you are doing is a lifestyle change for the long haul not just a diet to achieve a goal weight. Keep up the good work.
