Oh happy day! I'm OVERWEIGHT! Not obese anymore. My BMI has slipped under 30 for the first time in 5 years. WOOHOO! After the last ten days of staying the same, this is a lovely surprise this morning.
74.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
