I keep falling ill when I’m making good progress on my eating and fitness goals. So I have only moved 2,6kg since January 😢 I hope it gets better from here on.
72.4 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
