Didn't really lose any weight this week, but I definitely lost centimeters. So I'm feeling great anyway. I cheated quite a bit over the husband's birthday celebrations, so very glad I didn't put on weight.
75.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
