Trying to get to the 70s by the end of this month when I have my Orange River trip! I'm trying to spend at least 30 mins at lunchtime walking, and another hour after work walking or doing a Zumba class. I'm finding it hard to do 7 days a week now, but need to keep up with motivation! This needs to be a new lifestyle for me.

You can do it! You'll need to be super strict with only 1 or 2 treats during the weekend but it's doable <---- oops is that even a word, it looks strange but anyway. Including today it's 28 days (call it 4 weeks) Aim for half a kg a week, some weeks can be a little under (400g) and others a little over. Don't over-train, have a day or 2 of rest. Good luck!
