Small loss but noticeable change in the last month of muscle and definition so I don’t mind the number. Just eating healthy. I think my body is comfortable at this weight.
52.5 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
