Up 5 lbs at 159 from my lowest 154. Fell off the wagon in Feb. Too many hot choc with creamer, oatmeal, toast breakfasts. Several sandwich/bun or rice meals. Happy March 1st, I'm thrilled for Spring! Feeling determined to get back on the lower carb track, ready to lose again.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
