I've been trying for months to lose weight and it was going exceptionally slowly. At the end of the month, I just gained back all the weight I lost that month. I was calorie counting and exercising, but still eating sugar as long as it fit into my daily calories. Now for two weeks, I completely cut out sugar, with the help of my dietician, and I'm finally seeing the results I'm working so hard for! This is making me very happy indeed
77.8 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
