Progress update from July 2020 until today (7 months)
Total weight lost: 7,5 kg
Lost a total of 8,2% body fat and unfortunately 1,3 kg muscle mass as well.
Current body fat percentage: 29% (falls within the healthy range but still needs work).

Still to do:
Lose 8 kg of fat
Gain 1,3 kg of muscle mass

78.5 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
