Long run day 😅
What a week! I'd like to not get out of bed again until Monday morning
79.9 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ah I know the feels! I have a long run next week Saturday and I'm already working up the motivation for it
