Working with my dietician to treat some GI inflammation. And I need to go without sugar (except from fruit - specifically berries) for the next 40 days. Today was day one and it was difficult😅 I'm moody and annoyed, which just confirms the fact that I am actually addicted to sugar. So. This will be good for me. And I won't give up. But I will be unhappy about it for a few more days 😅💜
79.7 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
