I don't fucken understand this

I was having this frustration last week. one has to look at the bigger picture. u are moving down. 4kg in three weeks is a lot. you don't want to loose too quickly because it's unsustainable (more likely to put back on) and you'd not give your body time to adjust to the skin that's containing what you currently trying to loose...hehe flappy skin like a deflated balloon 🎈 that kinda happens anyway but u don't want it happening on your face.
