I'm now just shy of 10 kg less than when I started losing weight in September. It was up and down in December, but going so well now. The further this goes, the more encouraged I feel... It seemed so impossible 6 months ago, but now I really believe I can do it.
77.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
