Weigh-in: wow! Have been eating more calories & carbs but just 3x/day with usually IF 16/8. Feel great!
Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 2/7 days YTD: 28.6% (6/21 days)
No Junk Food: 6/7 days YTD: 61.9% (13/21days)
Goal: 80+% on both cardio & no junk food
Pretty good week; moving more but need increase in cardio.
