Day 5 of my water fast. This has been such a tremendous experience. The first time a tried was a month back and had severe muscle cramps that drove me to breaking my fast on the 4th day. My intake of electrolyte were not good I suppose and my body might have been in shock. Man am I motivated this time, the clarity is insane. Didn't have a good nights rest so I'll pay for that today but I'm not going to give up. I weighed in at a whopping 112kg at the end of Nov and I've finally reached 100kg with sweat and tears. Ready for the double digits!

Please advice me how you do the waterfasting? I really want to try it but I’m a bit scared, since I exercise daily and don’t want to get light headed

Hi, I prepared my body in a way with intermittent fasting. Started with the 18/6 window where you eat for 6 and fast for 18. Then went to Omad and alternate day fasting. I just decided on the date and went for it. I journal everything, been walking a minimum of 3kms Mon-Fri and on a weekend I push 8kms(always in a fasted state). Whilst on the water fast I walked 3 days out of the 5 but it drains me. Should you embark on this, please make sure to do your research and have electrolytes (sodium, magnesium & potassium) otherwise you'll be in so much pain. Perhaps try a 24 hour to start and see how you feel when working out in a fasted state. Hope this helps, all the best!
