I have basically gained everything I lost and today I tried to “detox” but really I just starving myself. I’m developing an eating disorder which is not good at all. Oh! And I also made myself throw up the other day cause I binged 😔😔very disappointed in myself
68 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
