I've finally completed my 8 week training program (plus keto) and doing my assessment at the biokineticist today. Can't wait to see the results but I'm not expectant. I think Chirstmas threw me off a bit. Next week I'm starting a 13 week training program.
80.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
