Had a braai last night with friends we hadn't seen in a while. Had two pork rashes, two small lamb chops and some doritos while the fire was being made. And of course two glasses of sauvignon blanc. Luckily, I weighed myself this morning and had only put on 100g from yesterday morning, so relieved!
85 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 19 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
