I'm new to this...
I tend to start with something then I become bored.... With everything 😞
So let's see where this will take me 🤞
I'm actually sick and tired of being FAT and I hate myself...
It might sound as if I'm full of self pity but it's something I had to admit...
So, I said it and I'm going to do something about it
76 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 7 kg a Week

You are not alone.. I get bored with low carb... Not easy to stick to 15g carbs per meal. How do a person stick to eating same foods for months. I can make other things but my body does not want me to use dairy.. I don't loose weight when I have cheese in my meals

Oh Dear, I was where you are six months ago. I hated the way I looked and felt. Truth is the time will pass anyway so might as well start today. It really helps when you start seeing the numbers go down, bit by bit, week by week. There is always something you can do to zoosh things up when you become bored. New recipes, food you've never tried before, a new hobby that involves a bit of exercise.

I completely feel your sentiment. I hate where I am. In the process of divorce and need to get my self sorted. I'm a comfort eater. The two don't mix.

You'll get there. It takes time. I joined a Group on FB called Sleek Geek and it was life changing. This App also changed my life as I can track what I eat. It is such a helpfull tool. Best wishes🌻

I identify with you Shereen. I am also new. Started today. I am on so much medication. My belly is where most of my weight is. I also start, do well and then fall of the bandwagon. Especially when I am emotionally stressed.

I also feel fat, but i know each day is a step closer to my dream body! I've lost 4kg+ in my first week! Don't be so hard on yourself you're doing okay xx

This post is from a while ago but I just wanted to add a bit of encouragement - I also hated where I was, but one thing that this journey has taught me is the process takes a lot of mental well bring and self love as well. I think if you are coming from a place of disgust that it might slant towards being self destructive. Try and appreciate your body for all the amazing things it can do. I am still no where near where I want to be, and I carry stretch marks from having babies and am working to lose belly fat that I really despise, but I also try remember that this body carried two beautiful babies, and although I may never have my 21 year old body back, I can still be the best version of myself right now

Hi Shereen. When I download the app I was your weight , about 5 years ago.. I deleted the app and here I am again 40kg up. If I just kept the app and carried on with simple calorie counting it would have made a huge difference. Stay focused. You'll reach your goals. All the best 😊
