Reduced my calorie intake and drank lots of water (3-4L), which helped a lot with cravings. Now need to get back on the exercise routine 🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️🚴‍♀️which I dread because it's hard BUT success never came from comfort.
61.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week
