First week of maintenance and put my calories up and my weight went up too😥
Really enjoyed the extra calories but bummed about the gain. Oh well just have to try again🥺😢
70.1 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
