New Year...New Goals! 19 days since last weigh in. Managed to gain 2.3kg, it could’ve been worse I guess 🤪. Focus mode back on! 💪🏽Let’s do this!
77 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
