I keep binging!! 😔😔What is wrong with me.
65.1 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Me too every night I must snack. I know it's wrong but I can't help myself. Also still losing and I'm happy but I need to stop the snacking

Don’t be too stressed about the number on the scale rather measure with the tape

Hi Amber, I agree with Eataholic - the scale is deceptive and very discouraging at times... especially if you have started to exercise. Muscle weighs much more than fat, and you may actually weigh more but fat is exchanging for muscle. Focus on the centimeters, and only measure with the tape once a week. I think for us used to struggling with food-problems, it is easy to move to the other end becoming obsessed with calories and the scale. Have grace with YOU; you did not get overweight in a month!!! Keep going and binge all you want - on healthy foods. Then go walk some of it off. :-)

I totally agree with KaapseKind, my scale is up again, and I know I am right on target and adhering to calories and exercise. Water retention is not the problem this time either. Muscle is developing and the pants are slipping. Keep on eating better over all and it will show. (in the right way)
