Today I start Day 1 of 7 water fast, this is to help me reprogram my mind with Festive season upon us I’m really struggling to meet my weight goals.This week no planned events or eating out commitments so I’m confident I’ll see it through.💪🏼
103.5 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 33.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
