End of week 2 of my training program. I'm not sure why but I've picked up a significant amount of centimeters. It could possibly be a hormonal thing? Water retention?... I highly doubt that I'm over eating and I exercise 5 days a week
78.3 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Interms of water retention, I honestly see the impact of my hormones on my body's ability to retain water especially close to my period. I'd say keep at it. I literally do not pay much attention to how my body looks near that time of the month for me so I don't get demotivated, and afterwards I can see how much my work has actually paid off. You're doing great..Just keep at it💪
