I was doing well but a 2 day binge really messed up my progress, and now I have to lose around a kilo to get to the weight I was before this horrific binge. I am very disappointed 😔
66.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Remember 1g of carbs usually absorbs 4g of water. So don't focus on the binge but rather on getting back on the wagon. Stick to your plan and your body follow suit.
