didn't lose anything this week, but hips and tummy went down 1cm. tried really hard with the diet this week and did double training sessions, so bit disappointed. but only makes next weeks goal even more of a commitment.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
