Don’t feel good about the weight gain,I feel like I haven’t lost any weight in my second month but will keep trying again.New day starting over 🙂
103.2 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 33.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
