How did this happen!!?? oh, I know!! the lack of exercise, eating right and throwing everything I know I should do and be doing out the window. Winter is long in Canada, I do most of my physical activity outside, Golfing, walking/hiking and biking mainly. Time to turn this around, yet again... Before you know it will be time to get outside again.

We have 2 seasons in Canada---- winter and construction! :) Oddly enough, I find I tend to lose more weight during the winter months than I do in summer. I can't figure out why, but with 6 months of winter, I can lose a lot. GL
